Bramford Road Methodist Church does it again!!

Bramford Road Methodist Church was awarded its first Eco-congregation Award in 2004 after adopting a programme of conservation and environmental concern. Church members and friends, groups and property management combined to introduce an effective programme of energy and resource economics in both the Church and in their homes.

In the three years that have followed, the programme has grown and developed further as the whole church continued to make environmental concern an important part of their mission to the world. This work has resulted in the Church receiving a second Award in May 2007.

The Eco-congregation Award upholds the philosophy of encouraging churches to weave creation care into their life and mission.
